GOT ENOUGH TRUCK HAS CONSTRUCTED AN ATMOSTPHERE THAT RELIES ON RELATIONSHIPS. WHETHER YOUR A DRIVER, OR BROKER, OR ANY OTHER ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS INDUSTRY, WE UNDERSTAND THAT TOGETHER WE CAN DO WHAT WE CAN'T DO ALONE.
DRIVERS
Driving over the road takes a special type of person. This person has to be dedicated, a problem solver, a team player, coachable, reliable, trustworthy, aware of his/her safety hazards, and much more. Most drivers have families back home and their typically on the road for long periods of time. Them staying in touch and spending time with their families is very important to us.
On average, an over the road driver is out 3-4 weeks at a time. This position presents multiple hazards within itself. From fatigue to stress and even mental health issues in some cases. That's why we try our best to have our OTR drivers home more. So they can have that quality time with their loved ones. We also check in on them periodically to make sure that their good mentally, physically, and emotionally. Our drivers are on the front line and we're going to stand with them sensibly however we can.
Our dedicated lane and local drivers hone in on their route like a DOT officer does on traffic. Once they settle into day to day with the customer, its all about not getting complacent. Remembering safety first, daily logging, and always staying focused. Also there’s never a dumb question. If you don’t know something, say something. If your assessment of any one thing isn't up to your standards, let us know. We invite your concerns with an open mind.
