SAFETY
Many people only think of safety when there's an unfortunate accident. We view safety as a continuing thought process of awareness. If our employees are aware of the potential hazards that he or she is encountering, than they can mitigate or eliminate those hazards.
To ensure our drivers and employees are constantly thinking about safety, we have a JSA ( Job Safety Analysis) form that has to be filled out at he beginning of each day. The truck inspection is embedded into the JSA. The JSA also has to be updated if something new arise during the day. Most people don't know that weather, certain surfaces, objects, or line of fire could be a mitigated/eliminated hazard. From walking to driving, one of our goals is to make sure our employees are safe no matter what task their doing.
For the surety in the safety measurements that our employees will take at all times, we require all employees to go through tremendous amounts of safety/driving classes and training.
